Chuck is the co-founder and President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Cvent, a leading cloud-based enterprise event management platform.

Chuck joins current board members Harry Weller, General Partner at NEA; Joe Payne, former chairman and CEO of Eloqua (acquired by Oracle); Sean Glass, Chairman and CEO of GBS Health and managing partner of Acceleprise VC; and Allen Gannett, founder and CEO of TrackMaven. Chuck graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Duke University. He then earned his master’s degree in political science from Duke University’s Graduate School and his Juris Doctorate with honors from Duke University School of Law.
