5 Best Instagram Filters To Use For Brands

Instagram analytics 101

It’s 2015, so you’re well aware that Instagram is the single fastest growing social media platform and subsequently, one of the most powerful - particularly for marketers.

At only five years old, Instagram celebrated a milestone in September surpassing 400 million monthly active users worldwide, with more than 75 million of those logging into the platform daily.

In the U.S., Instagram grew it’s U.S. user base by 60% in 2014, compare that with Twitter’s audience growth of only 12%. Further, new research from e-Marketer suggests that there will be close to 100 million Instagram users in the U.S. by the end of 2017. With such massive audience growth, and a loyal following, it’s critical that Instagram becomes an integral part of your digital marketing strategy (if it isn’t already).

So, how can you be sure to maximize the impact that your Instagram posts have for business? For starters, choose the right filter. (You may also consider learning other best practices in our Social Media Impact Report.)

We tapped into the TrackMaven data warehouse and analyzed 6 million Instagram posts from 10,000 brands to determine which filters drove the most engagement for businesses.
