At Eloqua, Joe built a company that was based on building an open, collaborative culture and helping marketers demonstrate and increase their impact on the business. He took that idea and eventually sold Eloqua to Oracle for nearly $1 Billion.

Previously, Joe Payne served as the CEO and Chairman of Eloqua. In 2012, Eloqua IPO’d on the NASDAQ and was acquired in February of 2013 by Oracle for $957 million in cash.
