About this course

This introductory course is made up of four short lessons: 

  1. Content Optimization explains how to detect top-performing brands on key channels, analyze the content from to understand what is working and why and learn the best time to publish.
  2. Competitive Intelligence walks you through how to determine which competitors are top performers on key metrics, what is their messaging and how they are distributing their content. 
  3. Executive Reporting introduces you to how to use the Dashboard, Reports and Alerts functions in TrackMaven to answer the questions your executives may be asking you. 
  4. Campaign Analysis is about comparing one campaign to another in TrackMaven and evaluating tagged content performance quantitatively in Excel.
